Courtney is half of the Sonorous Duo, a professional duo consisting of herself and Percussionist Kristopher Grant. The Sonorous Duo is committed to commissioning and performing music by contemporary composers for the viola and marimba/vibraphone. Thus far they have commissioned pieces from David Gillingham, Michael Kimber, Evan Boeghold, and Rafael Langoni Smith. They are working hard on finishing the Sonorous Duo website and will post the link once the website becomes available.
